Booking

Product

How Booking works

From a Booking.com or Airbnb link to your own bookable web address in about five minutes. No commission and no online payments.

For guests

  1. Open the property's own link and pick your dates; the price is calculated per night.
  2. Request or book without creating an account.
  3. Confirm your phone and email with a verification code and link.
  4. Follow the booking from a private link. Only the host can cancel.

For hosts

  1. Paste your Airbnb or Booking.com link: title, photos, amenities and capacity are imported.
  2. Review the generated and translated content, then pick one of 10 designs.
  3. Choose the mode: request (you approve, optionally adjusting the price) or instant.
  4. Get notified of every booking by SMS or email and cancel from the dashboard.

Guest verification

Before a booking reaches the host, the guest proves that the phone number and the email address are real.

Phone: SMS through Twilio

A one-time code is sent by SMS with Twilio. Numbers are stored in E.164 format.

Email: SMTP (Gmail)

A verification link is sent over SMTP from a Gmail account. Another SMTP service, such as Resend, only needs different environment settings.

Payments

Booking does not collect or process payments, for tax reasons. Host and guest settle directly: cash, bank transfer, card on arrival or a payment link, configured per property.
